Time stands still on the tower in the park
the gaze is panoramic,
Rembrandt is in Kounellis’ constellation,
the Gothic-period angels are still active
singing, petrified, in cathedrals,
Formica’s angels have a new sky,
they sketch sound waves
with a thread of air and the tip of a pencil.
Puxeddu’s Terrorbird a chainsaw carving,
has the genius of form, a model from 2018,
red-skinned rebel angel,
kindred to Pino Pascali’s weapons,
the grey, green and red play together
the ball thrown into the park
by Emilio Prini and Lisa Ponti,
has not yet hit the ground,
